Caring and willing to take up a challenge

The complexities of cancer make for a scary and frustrating experience; the best oncologists rise to the challenge and learn everything they can with every new twist and turn of one's disease. The lesser doctors stick to what they know now and put aside anything outside their experience/knowledge. When I saw Dr. Thitiya, she knew nothing about kidney cancer; months later she flew to the US to the Kidney Cancer Association and met leading doctors there to learn more! She's very friendly, smart, and up on the latest treatments in her field. If she needs to learn more, she does her own homework; she'll also refer you to someone better if she feels that would be best for you. You can trust her to look out for your best health interests.
